Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement, by email to sav@phonetronics.fr or by post to the registered office address, before the deadline expires. You may use the model form below, although this is not mandatory.

To Phonetronics SAS, 132 rue de l'Épeule, 59100 Roubaix, France — sav@phonetronics.fr:

"I hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract for order no. … placed on … . Consumer's name, address, date and signature (if notified on paper)."

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen (14) days after being informed of your decision. We may defer the refund until the goods are recovered or until you have provided proof of dispatch.

The refund is made using the same means of payment as the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return the product without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your decision. The direct costs of return are borne by you. Your liability may be engaged in the event of depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection once unsealed, nor to digital content supplied without a tangible medium where performance has begun with your express consent.
