All products carry the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. Used devices also include a commercial warranty stated on the product page.

Our used devices are tested, with tracked IMEI and a warranty. They are graded: A (like new), B (light signs of use), C (visible signs of use).

You can sell your phone back: describe its condition, add 4 photos, and get a buyback offer within 48 h.

Payment is made online by bank card, securely. Your card details never pass through our servers.
