We collect the data you provide (identity, contact details, delivery and billing addresses), data relating to your orders and payments, and technical browsing data (see the "Cookie policy").

Managing accounts and orders, performing the sales contract (basis: performance of the contract). Customer service and complaint handling (basis: legitimate interest). Compliance with our accounting and tax obligations (basis: legal obligation).

Sending commercial information (basis: consent or legitimate interest for similar products), which you can withdraw at any time.

Your data is intended for the authorised internal departments of Phonetronics and for our processors (payment provider, carrier, host, emailing provider), bound by confidentiality and security commitments compliant with the GDPR.

Account data is kept for as long as the account is active, then deleted or anonymised. Order data is kept for the period necessary to manage the commercial relationship and to comply with legal obligations (in particular ten (10) years for accounting records).

Data is hosted within the European Union. Any transfer to a third country is governed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to define instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death.

These rights can be exercised from your account area ("Privacy & GDPR" section, which allows the export and deletion of your data) or by contacting us. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (password hashing, secure connections, access control) to protect your data against unauthorised access.
